Sustainability goes further than just recycling workwear or using sustainable raw materials. It is a mentality. Which is why in everything we do, we strive to be as sustainable as possible. From the design of our collections to the production of energy.
A gigantic field of solar panels
We recently installed one of the largest solar panel fields in Brabant on our roof. With 1,200 solar panels covering an area of 2,000m2 and generating 285,000kWh annually. As a result, we are able to offset a large percentage of our energy consumption and reduce our associated CO2 emissions. A reduction in CO2 of around 112 tonnes, to be precise!
By way of comparison: the average Dutch household consumes around 3,300kWh per year, which means we generate enough electricity to power around 85 households. By choosing for green energy, moreover, we are a step closer to realising our goals in the domain of sustainability; something we are very proud of.
