To guarantee a quick handling of the return shipment, we kindly ask you to clearly fill in all the details. We will only handle the forms of which the mandatory fields * are filled in. Have you completed filling in the form? Then click the empty field to agree with the return conditions after which you click ‘send form’. A copy of your request will be send to you by email.
You will receive at the latest the next work day a document which contains a return number that you include with the articles that are returned to us.

Return conditions

Terms and conditions for returning the articles:

  • The clothing is in new condition.
  • The clothing may not be provided with a logo, embroidered emblem or any other customer specific features.
  • The clothing may not be a Custom Made.
  • The clothing may not be a run out item.
  • No promotional items.
  • The clothing may not be older than 6 months. Charges will be issued if the clothing is older than one month.
  • The clothing will be delivered to us, properly packaged and preferably provided with a packing slip.
  • When making a credit note, we are guided by the quantity that is physically found by our returns department.

HAVEP applies the following return costs:

  • Clothing older than one month: 10% return costs
  • Clothing older than three months: 25% return costs
  • Clothing older than six months: no returns
